Still have been having no luck with the crappie, either. Tried jigging shad swimbaits and live minnows under the twin bridges and various other points in that area to no avail. Hooked into a couple sandies, lmb, and small saugeye, though. Stopped over at the north side ramp/pier over toward the end of alameda (can't remember the name) Friday around 9 am and there were 6-8 folks using minnows under floats. Bite seemed to be alright actually, but most the crappie being caught were in the 7-8" zone. One couple had a basket with that looked like ~20 fish, more than a few of which were 10"+. Didn't chat with them so I can't say how long they'd been at it.

This time last year things were really popping off. It's starting to bum me out... but it's got to turn on sometime. Right....?

While I'm posting though, can anyone clue me in on how I might go about targeting big saugeye on Tbird this time of year? I've had good luck on ~3" swimbaits and crankbaits in the fall but Spring has always been a little light on saugeye for me. I'm bank fishing, btw. Thanks!
