I live approximately 8 minutes and 27 seconds from the launch ramp. (at the dam)
I actually stopped by there a little bit ago and it doesn't seem like it got any worse than what I saw on Sat & Sunday. Since I was there I threw a jig around for about 30 or 45 minutes. I wasn't expecting much but I had a bunch of hits on a twister tail. I switched to jig and cork and caught a warmouth sunfish right away. I think that's what was hitting the twister tail. I changed spot a few times and finally caught a black crappie about 9" or so. I had a few more hits and left. Honestly I think everything will be alright fishing wise but we won't know for sure until we get a few guys out and get a few reports. I will say it still smells pretty bad it the wind blows just right. That smell is what made me leave.
While fishing I did see lot's of algae floating by.
