OK, so as if my family hasn't had enough, first my father was diagnosed with cancer, fought for a while and eventually loss the battle. Then last year, just a year after my father passed, my older brother was diagnosed with cancer, they say they got it all, but he now lives with a colostomy bag. And now my wife, age 30, found a lump and we found out today she has stage 4 skin cancer which has spread to the breast, lymph nodes, and digestive tract. Still have to make an appointment with the oncologist to see what the next step is. I have to admit i was raised catholic, and went to church every Sunday until i graduated high school, but at this point i really find it hard to believe in anything i was taught to believe. I know everyone says think positive and pray, but so far that has not gotten me anywhere. I hate the thought of it, but i can not help but think i am going to be raising our daughters alone, and trying to explain to them "why"....
