    Brined these in salt and water solution about 2 hours. First time I’ve tried it. Excellent! Will do it every time from now on.

    Ima double down on that ketchup thing. How do you plan fish and fries but forget to buy a new bottle of Ketchup? This is right up there with chitluns and no hot sauce or beans and no corn bread!

    Don't really measure, probably around qtr cup of salt for 4 cups water.
