I used to have the same problem with sinuses and still have some trouble but when I had my wisdom teeth pulled I haven't had them bleed . I know people that have had surgerys and never get better so good luck. I get sinuse infections all the time wish I knew the answer to it.

I had mine roto-rootered and deviated septum fixed about 10 years ago. Mine has been considerably better since.
