Default Tried out air fryer today

Cooked some chicken wings. A light spray of PAM cooking spray and rubbed down good with ScottV's seasoning....40 minutes at 370. They turned out great....very good....cooked out about a cup of fat. Very healthy.

I noticed your electrical outlet where it's plugged in:

Ground on top, neutral on the right. Don't see that very often except me, and your house now - very well done my friend.

Randy....that was the code when I built my house now for some stupid reason its been changed. But i wired my daughters house just like mine. Ok...on the skin question.....the skin was very crispy and good....i don,t ever eat the skin but i did on this. It really does a good job. And yes i know its not really fried but the taste is great....meat nice and tender and moist. I am going to try crappie fillets next time.
