Thats what I had to do Jon ......get the large size....this one came with the accessory pac and three cookbooks. It has a rotissory.....its also has a dehydrator function too.

Get the large size....6 or 7 qt. The small ones are like 3 qt. I like this one because it has 3 racks....the others have a pan or small pot. The brand name is Air Power.

I must have done something wrong. I tried frying sac a lait filets and they came out bad. I thawed and dried the fish then added a little mustard so the fishfry would stick cooked at 375 for 7 - 9 min. They came out tasting like uncooked fish fry.
