Try brushing a coat of olive oil on your fillets then put a light layer of fish fry on them. I cook mine a lot on my gas grill and uually dont put fish fry on them....just put a little oil on them and sprinkle them with some of ScottV's lemon it seasoning. I like them like that. I am going to try them both ways in the air fryer.
