I tried to sign in today on the laptop. The row of numbers on the top of the keyboard and the enter key are dead.
Using the numbers to the right and letters I got a password printed. Now I get a message, got to accounts live dot com. I guess Mac and this address aren't friendly, I get a grey screen . Watched it for 20 minutes and nothing else came up.
