browser? Don't you have to open your computer, get online before you can use your browser?
I turn on this laptop. I have to enter my password before I can open it to anything.
Someone open accounts live dot com and post the phone number.

On another website a member asked if I had another keyboard. If it has an USB cord plug it into the laptop and see if it works.
Ok. I'm back on my laptop using the Mac keyboard.
Now what's wrong with the laptop keyboard?

Ok, I'm going to make the assumption that the PC key board worked but the lap top dosn't. If you haven't done this, get a can of that dry air in a can and use the nozzle and get in there and give the keyboard a good cleaning out. Could be just one key messed up since its the whole row not working. If that don't work take it to Best Buy and get them geeks to fix it and be done with it.

My daughter bought something at Best Buy years ago. Had it delivered and set up, didn't work. They wanted $150 for a service guy to show up before proving it was their fault or the item. I loaded it up, carried it back, got a refund and we haven't been in the store since.
