You can get a small compact tractor with 4wd and front end loader that will do what you want. That being said, the cost can be almost as much as larger tractors. Throw in a few implements and you've got a fairly large investment for short term use. To me the only way to justify the expense is if you have long term plans for it. Like G said, it'd be much less expensive to hire it done for only a job or two.
