I would have green lights on the modem then they would go out and only a red light on. This would happen a number of times everyday. Sometimes it would stay on for a few seconds and sometimes a few minutes. The telephone repairman found a problem at the pole across the road, one where the wires come into the house and the connection box on the wall. All free repairs.
Then another problem started. I would get a blue screen and message. Error message, looking for a fix. This would take about 10 minutes. I would get it a few times everyday.
The pc repairman said the part that connects to internet looks like it's been spiked. The part will be ordered.
