I found some 4' LED lights online for 60.00 bux each. Two rows of LED's in each and puts out the same light as a 4 bulb T-5 (The T-5 fixture was 58 bux, and 3.50 per bulb. That was 72 bux per light and had to replace the bulbs much more often). The person online said I only needed 8 for my ceiling height and building size. I'm getting 12.

The lights have a 5 year warranty and produce 75-80 thousand hours of light each without any replacement. If ya left em on 24-7, that would be over 3100 days or about 9 years.
