    Default Bandit colors.......

Not bad folks JW, just one sided when it comes to fishing. The guy I was talking about I still consider a friend. Sometimes the truth hurts tho, kinda like my feelings when he wouldn't invite me to go with him while in my neck of the woods. Makes you get hard about sharing info with folks.

That crank will hurt the fish population anywhere!!!!! Nice job budro.

Why don't y'all tell us how you really feel?? Personal preferences to cranks are just that. Personal information should be just that also. If someone asks you for too much information, give it at your own risk....and if someone drive's by you after fishin with you once, take a hint. Don't everyone wanna put up with yo B.S.
Blueball is right , y'all get talks panties in a wad way,way did I mention....way too easy these days

He stayed in a motel or cabin and drove by our place daily to fish but never called, stopped by, invited me to go with him, or anything until he needed something. After my free lessons, he fished my spots to extinction and posted every fish he caught on every social media site available. Sounded like an expert in a few weeks and was giving advice to everyone. It's hard to figure some folks. We no longer fish together, even tho I still consider him a friend. I just won't share stuff with everyone any more. It'll cost ya more times than not.

One more thing. I do share my info and a seat in my boat with all my friends that share back. I have no issues with that at all. Some folks are plain good folks that way!!!! I just can't stand those "one way street" kinda folks!!!!!!
miss. folks dont understand about sharing info like we do,i trolled cranks 1 1/2 yrs and only caught a handful of crappie.when u troll on ky lake u better have a map on your gps and it better be right,it can go from 20 fow to 5fow in the blink of an eye.the spots i have found are points, humps, drops and ledges and i had to cover lots of water before i found good spots. Most spots i have found i have added structure or side scaned the areas and worked my butt off to make better.I have had a few bad experiences with sharing and thats why i only share with my group of friends, but i do offer to take everyone that wants to learn out and show them how i run my boat.Just one example is a guy at work bought a boat and has a young boy and they couldnt catch fish.I felt sorrry for them and told him i would give him my best spot if he promised not to tell anyone else, long story short everyone at work knows that spot now and i still help him and he fished one tournament with me,but i dont show him the honeyholes anymore

Never seen many threads this long that didn't change topics more than once. Just conversation.

I did take the hint JK. Ain't got a dang thing to do with anybody's BS. I've fished with this person several times after this incident, and never mentioned it. The facts are the facts tho

BTW, back to the Bandit colors. When one company stalls out another takes its place. I'll be filling my boxes with the new Arkies as I need them. They were smart enough to grab the reins and product the colors we wanted, and with Scott's new colors, they should have a big market share of the crappie crank business, along with Strike King, Rebel, Crappiemaxx, Berkley, and several other brands.

If everyone got a chance to meet Mitch Glenn they would understand that Mitch listens to the fisherman and what they want. Am I high on Arkies the answer is yes. Why is due to Mitch and what I just said. He too is a fisherman and one fine fellow. I'm glad Arkie has stepped up when other company's have dropped the ball. Nuff said.

Agreed. It's the same thing with getting on ducks on public ground. I'd love to share the experience with others when we're on ducks, but I had one too many bad experiences to even consider it. Most notably, I was working at a trade show in Vegas over duck season (2 hr. time difference) and a man I only knew casually called me at 2 am (4 am his time) to try and figure out where we were hunting the prior weekend because he heard through a friend of a friend that we were wearing them out (we were). That was enough for me to learn how to say "I hunt with another guy, and we do a lot of work to get on ducks. I don't feel comfortable sharing that information with you." And that was it. From him.

I'm less stingy with crappie, just because most of the people that I take fishing don't have the equipment or fundamental knowledge to get into it too deep since I don't really single-pole fish all that much.
