    Yessr that's a fox. They make that sound to lure pups and kitten s away from the pack. Had one scare the u no what out of me!

    Grey fox have a very similar sound. They can really wake a guy up, trying to catch a nap before sunrise!

    Bobcats make some strangest noises but I think the fox cry is spookiest especially when it's super high pitched.

    Foxy sound had a grey curled up in the fork of a big oak across from the tree stand I was in several years ago freaky bout fell out ok jumped out of my stand Also sounds like active sonar pinging our ship lol cool

    Years ago I had climbed down from a hunting stand about dark, when my feet hit the ground a bobcat pounced a turkey about to roost right behind my stand, needless to say I didn't stop running till I got to my truck lol
