    Looks great cuz !!! I hear there's a great hush puppy recipe posted by some guy names DonDon in the recipe though lmbo lmbo.

    It's real good stuff! I do add just a bit of salt to the fillet itself before coating with the meal mix. Hint...If ya want them extra crunch dredge them in buttermilk, but I bet you probably already knew that. Maybe it will help someone else.

    They must be some good hush puppies. My recipe didn't make it into the cookbook. Lol

    If you smear a little yellow mustard on the filet before you dredge them in the meal they will be really crunchy too. The mustard will add a little salt though. I love the course texture of this meal.
