Cray if I have time I am gonna try and get down there before spring camp and get a bunch, that is if I have time, I have had several people in here that want to try it. I really like it just like Scott said its got a nice spice and its a little crunchier than a lot of ones I have tried

It's real good stuff! I do add just a bit of salt to the fillet itself before coating with the meal mix. Hint...If ya want them extra crunch dredge them in buttermilk, but I bet you probably already knew that. Maybe it will help someone else.

If you smear a little yellow mustard on the filet before you dredge them in the meal they will be really crunchy too. The mustard will add a little salt though. I love the course texture of this meal.
