    when u make ur smoked meatloaf u still use parchment paper or a metal pan ,just wondering.thinking about trying some this week and the wife wants to also try the smoked mac and cheese u posted,thanks

    The last couple I smoked I put then in an aluminum baking pan and punched some holes in the pan to let the grease drip out. Use a pan a little bigger than the meatloaf so the smoke can get to the sides.

    ended up using parchment paper since we already had some,didnt get to make the smoked mac and cheese.Smoked some corn also turned out good,thanks again

    It sure looks good. I normally use around 2 lbs of ground chuck when I make one. Makes some good sammiches for a few days. Lol
