    Thinking about smoking a few sticks of Bologna and do a big pot of chilli for Thursday evening. I'm starving and skin and bones.
    But I see just north of us is a KFC. So wed evening Its 11 herbs and spices for me.

    Looks like it will be perfect weather for the event and the days leading up to it. I am going to be in the area it's my sons fall break and My Dad and I are bringing him down for his first fishing trip. Should be exciting we may stop in if we have the chance.

    I was going to ask where and the time. Looks like I have the time. Will have my cooker there before 2 pm.
    Have 3 small sticks of Blonaga that I will throw on the smoker in the am. Wrap it in foil and bring with us. Have 5 lbs of Meal and 3 lbs of Flour for hushpuppies and fish batter. And Hot Peppers for some of the hushpuppies. Nothing like peppers in the for kick it up a bit.

    I have 4 lbs of water ground Sciples Mill Fish Fry for you to use on the fish also ( its really good stuff)....we will start getting everything ready around 1:00 and hopefully start cooking at 2:00. It will be at the large pavilion on the left coming in before you get to the office.
