    Got the Boston butts injected last nite, now got a let them chill for a couple of days , gonna fire up the smoker Friday afternoon, they'll smoke for 6 hrs over cherry wood then slow cook at 185 to 200 degrees over natural oak charcoal for another 6 hrs, then let the meat rest for about 3 hrs. Dont that just make your mouth water

    Need to put one on this evening and practice, sure would hate for ya to mess it up!!!!
