    G, got the potatoes covered. I'll do seasoned fries, seems more of them are eaten than fries.

    Don't wanna bring the wrong stuff "G", so is there a particular brand of clear fry oil or breading? I can pick some up here or down there if ya give me a lead. I already have a half dozen boxes of Shore Lunch brand breading in several flavors in the trailer, but can easily grab whatever you say.

    No particular brand on the cooking oil..... Andy's breading is good, so is Louisianna fish fry.....lot of good ones out there. That Shore Lunch brand will be alright. Let me know how much oil so I can keep up with it. Thanks
