For me peel and eat shrimp was a catalyst
Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
The sheep live in fear of the wolf but in the end it's the shepherd that eats them.
The two loudest sounds are a gun that goes click when it is supposed to go bang and

DOC SAID STAY AWAY FROM ANY VEGESTABLES THAT WERE GREEN ! MUSTARD /TURNIP GREENS ,CABBAGE, OKRA, ECT . TOLD HIM TO GIVE ME THE MEDS ! AINT HAPPENING .![]()
Paul's first gout attack was in his knee and kept him off work for 2 weeks. It was horribly swollen and super painful. He's only had 2 attacks in the knee but several in his toe/foot. The doc just increased his allopurinol dosage a couple weeks ago, but unfortunately he's having a flare right now. One big problem is that there is a lot of conflicting information about what foods trigger a flare. There doesn't seem to be anything really definitive and each person's trigger foods can vary.

Yes, I fish like a girl. If you tried a little harder, you could too!!
Yep, that is what Doc told me today. Red meat, seafood and alcohol is a no-no for everyone with gout. Red meat and seafood can still be eat in moderation, but absolutely no alcohol. All the other food triggers are different for different people. Just because peanut butter or red beans flare it up in some people, it may not flare mine up and vice-versa.
