    Man that looks good! I remember going to the mountains when I was a kid and we would sometimes stop at the trout farm and fish on the way home. Dad would pan fry those trout and they were fine.

    I tell ya what Scott, we just need to go back up there and catch you some of your own. Btw... These are the eating size but I did figure out how to catch the trophies before I left. Had some on that went over 10 lbs for sure.

    Added to the bucket list. I've caught some in the Smokeys but they keep those stocked for the tourists outside of the park.

    Some good lookin eats. Them 15" fish are real good eaters, and easy to filet em out too!
