I'm like the ole fat boy with pimples at the prom....jus glad to be here. Wouldn't know a banned member from Adam's house cat. Granted...I don't personally know many of you...haven't 'pressed flesh' with but a few, but I feel like I know you none the less. This site has encouraged and helped me with my crappie education, which make the sport more fun and enjoyable. Without it, I doubt I would fish but half as much.

But, like with any 'house', there needs to be some remodeling and yard work done regularly to keep it up to neighborhood standards....nice job Slab. You just keep on keepin on, my friend. We appreciate your efforts more than you'll ever know.

Now, lunch next Wednesday is on Wannabe....he's got a tab already started.

Thanks for all you and the mods do. I joined about a year ago and my luck fishing was so bad I could have fell in a lake of lollypops and came out sucking my thumb. Thanks to this site and all involved I have some success and confidence on the lake these days.

Thanks Ed, I share this site with my family also. If you want to know what this site is about look at the pictures of Marv and Angie holding fish with Kallie! And it's about all the other kids that have their pictures here on this site, the calendar photo's are mostly kids,That's what this site is about to me, Family! Congratulations, to you parents that are taking your children fishing and showing them how to appreciate nature and the good lords creations. My wife works in law enforcement and she and a few others will tell you the kids that are spending time outdoors hunting and fishing with their family's and getting in touch with nature are not the kids that she sees coming into the jail system, they are not committing crimes and getting their lives in a mess. Because the kids you are spending time with are the kids that have a positive influence in their lives. Like jimmydee1 said, Keep on keeping on Slab we got your back buddy!
