Sometimes when I roll the fillets in the breading mix, they become kind of sticky, and the breading will not cover the whole filet.......spotty and seems like in clumps. When you fry them, the breading mix will burn before the fillets cook, and they don't taste right. I don't know weather the fillets are too dry, too damp or what when I dip them in the mix. Any help would be appreciated!
