    Its the 30.....it has four racks and will hold 30 lbs.

    I'm new to smokin, but sounds like I can get plenty of experienced advise here!!! THX guys.

    Them ScottV ribs are gonna put me over the top to buy a smoker!!! Those ribs sounded killer.

    That is by far the easiest way I've cooked em. They turn out really good. Sometimes the bones will just fall out of em like this!
