MS teachers lobbied for a pay raise at the state capital on Monday. I'm all for paying them as much as we can. However, this one teacher in particular needs to learn how to spell "Education" before getting her picture on the front page of our state paper, LOL.

Saw the same thing when the teachers in Chicago went on strike. It's a sad commentary when the teacher can't spell and the teachers surrounding her don't even notice.

The average teacher 's salary on Mississippi is $41,975. This is an election year, go figure. Teacher salaries have gone up 31% in MS the last 10 years. A salary increase will have to be funded, by the taxpayer.

My wife is terrible with spelling. She teaches kindergarten. Hope they give them a raise.

Maybe after the crack head welfare and Medicaid recipients get drug tested and kicked out of the system they'll have money for the teachers.
