I've done the tie down trick a time or two. Even let my boat blow away twice without me in it.

Hey Feelay, I didn't want to disturb you while you had clients!I should have got over where everyone was sooner. A little bird told me I was fishing in the wrong place by then it was already after noon and as soon as I got there the wind picked up. I'm heading back Monday!I'm still trying to get my boots dry inside.!

I had the same problem the first time at sardis , but my issue was the current when the dam was letting out water....My boat just turned right everytime I backed up and tried to get on my trailor... After about the fifth or sixth time, I finally got her on half cocked and had to crank her up instead of just driving it..Not so easy with almost a 20ft glass boat...Shes a real cow...

Dude... what happens when you forget a Boat plug in a Ranger if your battery dies? lol Do they sink or just take on enough water to make your life impossible? Been wondering that if I have that happen....
