I personally like to be able to move up and move back if I need to without disturbing your fishing partners seat. I have the EZ pole perch system I believe. Its a very well made product and you will not have to drill additional holes.

I will say this.. DONT buy the Cumberland crappie one it's aluminum and it will NOT last a year before it breaks. I bought one because I liked the idea of being able to turn Into the inside and not having a bar up high.. Bad mistake. Now I will say I contacted them and they offered to repair it if I sent it to them... But heck it would cost an arm and a leg to ship it so.. I just chalked it up as a lesson learned.

On the other hand, I have one that is over two years old, and I have not broken it yet... Just saying. I had an uncle who bought a brand new Chevy Silverado once, ended up getting it declared a "lemon" and got his money back. That didn't mean all Chevys were trash. He still drives Chevys today.
