    If it's possible to add two more bases to the front of my boat, it's a 1652 G3

    I don't see why not. I used to have a 17.5 triton crappie, and mounted side by side seats in it.

    I'm thinking I'd like to try it. So when pops is with me I can have him up front with me instead of being in the back.

    I installed two on my old boat. It was a G3 1860sc. Very similar design.

    You could use a Dub-L-Seat rig that Blacklandlure on here makes and sells. I have one and love it. That way you won't have to modify your boat.

    i have a 1652 G3 got two bases up front i used rivet nuts to mount them

    Plenty of room, mine is 64 across if I remember correctly, one of the draw backs to glass.
