    Not sure Wilbur, but it could be. They use it for all kinds of applications. HVAC, electrical, chemical transferral, water supply, ect.

    yeah--it's a type of flexible plastic/alum. or something like that--almost like the blue fuel line for boats or livewell hose.

    It was invented so plumbers would have something easier to install, thereby making more money when they raised their prices. Just kidding, some of my friends are plumbers. Sure, wink wink Ha Ha

    I seen on Moonshiners they had some push on quick couplers for copper tubing, Is that something new or just for TV.

    There are many kinds of quick couplers on the market today. Several different companies make them.
