DonDon sir, not knocking your stuff but I'm not sure upgrading your scope to a 39 dollar one is going to satisfy your needs. I know dollars matter but I may have stayed with the factory one until I could put some more money on one

Good luck and be careful on Friday, the crowds won't be good. I'm glad I been buying 22 here and there. According to my records I've been able to pick up close to 100,000 rounds over the last year or so

I thought the same but looked at what he got and it had one of them little pencil like scopes on it. hope it works out Don, when I said you were PIW I was judging by my own past experience, I never get lucky on scopes anyway. Got to where I put Nikon Prostaffs on most everything now, good scopes for the money and seem to be reliable so far,.

I was curious and did a little researching. This chart shows different loads out to 300 yards but with way more drop than you have calculated with close to 14ft with regular 22lr.

Never had any luck with anything cheaper than a Nikon. How come you spend thousands on equipment to hunt fictitious creatures, but cheap out on gear to hunt real critters?

Holy crap I took a WAG and never thought it would be that much drop. Really thought it might be too much.

cause they're not fictitious for one thing. I don't have your money either. Scope had a good rating on the website I checked, it was a good price and I bought it. Simple as that. You don;t have to get the best of everything, I can't afford that. Guess I could but I have alot of other things I want to spend my money on.
