    walleye bottom bounchers on ebay with or without weights on them, I think these would work just have to make loops on the ends, on some only one wire needs bent to loop

    I think he is using .030 music wire. It comes in straight lengths at craft and hobby stores. Very stiff.

    The wire I'm using comes wound into a circle but it straightens out as you unwind it. It's around 100 ft on the spool. I start with a piece about 13" long and bend it with round jaw pliers. The .035 size is plenty stiff, it takes a lot to bend it.

    Love those orange color jigs, my store bought wally marshall rigs keeps getting tangled with large minnows.

    That's what I was trying to prevent. If the top leg of your wire rig is 6 1/2 inches long and the line on the end of it is only 6 inches long, you don't tangle. The bottom line with the egg sinker is 12 inches long. The orange jigs you mentioned are just dressed up minner hooks. I tie them like a jig but no lead head.
