I'd heard of dipping filets in mustard and then the meal so I tried it. I kept a dozen from Okatibbee today and fried them up. The only bad thing, after my surgery I could only hold 2 filets and 2 puppies.
I had a two pounder. Pretty good for Okatibbee.
Oh yea, the mustard makes the breading crunchy. I'll be doing this again.
