I used the last of my Southern Star Fish Fry Seasoning with this batch. EZ told me that he had ordered a case and he'll share some. I'm hooked on that stuff. You mix it 50-50 with corn meal to get the best breading I've ever tasted. An old couple in TX makes and sells it but you have to order a case, COD, to get it. The dadgum shipping almost doubles the price.

I have enjoyed the mustard recipe for quite a while. It is delicious. For a lite flaky coating we coat them with potato flakes (instant potatoes) after dredging in the mustard. Yum, yum.

Scott, have you tried sciple's mill fish fry mix?
    It's made in Kemper county.

You can get it at williamsville store.
I thought it was mighty tasty!
