    Mashed cauliflower, bacon wrapped asparagus, and trying chuck eye steaks, never had them before so I figured I'd give them a try. Gonna pan sear them, them make a whiskey, peppercorn cream sauce to topName:  ImageUploadedByTapatalk1380491423.680126.jpg

    DD, that looks great. Most folks can't tell the cauliflower from mashed taters when done that way. I'm assuming those steaks were very tender, give us the recipe for the sauce.

    Melt in your mouth tender. One pack ended up being beef short ribs. Just awesome. Ill post it up tomorrow.

    Those Chuck Eye steaks are the first cuts off the rib eye. Good stuff.

    chuck eye is a tender cut of meat, just dont over cook
