How do you keep your minnows alive for so long?

Changing the water every other day and keeping the pump running and 2 two liter bottles of water twice a day, brella down over them for shade but up a little so it can get some air.

Here is how shiners are graded in central Arkansas at the farms I frequent.
The size of the minnow is determined by the weight of 1000 minnows of that particular size.
Therefore: a small (#6) takes 1000 to make 6 pounds. One pound contains 14 dozen.
    : a medium(#8) takes 1000 to make 8 pounds. One pound contains 10.5 dozen.
: a large (#12) takes 1000 to make 12 pounds. One pound contains 7 dozen.

    Make sense?

I may need a minner truck to meet me at the ramp twice a day during the CM week. What would it cost? Hope the stores keep plenty on hand that week. Have been to too many tournaments where the local stores couldn't keep up with demand.

14 cents each in Vicksburg...one reason I learned a little about jig fishing last year.

At 14 cents each that comes to $1.68 per dozen. Hard to beat that.
