Did the same thing yesterday. Man that was good. That darn Tracker123 got me to eating steak again. I was down to 2 a year, but I'm up to 6 or so a year now!! By the way the 2 I cooked would have been slabs if they were crappie. Both about 1.4 lbs each.

was good for sure--was gonna do just the onions and mushrooms but the mushrooms were taking to long so I made the gravy to steam them quicker.
Stubbed my toe with the salt a bit on the steaks but it was for sure eatable
