Steak? I thought it was liver and onions with mushroom gravy.
Mushrooms, cut in half or about 1/2" thick. 1/2 stick of butter into a hot skillet, burner on high. When butter melts add mushrooms, add salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Cover with lid. Stir 4 times every 10 seconds, recover with lid in between. Anymore time and they are over cooked to me.
But again I'll rinse them off, add some salt and eat them fresh with some PBRs on race day. Better than popcorn.
