    and when I'm feeling real sneaky and got lots of room I pull out the 22-250 with laser ranging scope and do a little snipping right in the ear

    I don't understand why you will not trap. If the landowner wants them gone ASAP that is the most effective way. Taking pot shots here and there is not gonna make a dent in a decent population of hogs. Heck, they can breed faster than you can kill them.

    Awh come on guys it's just miss piggy in drag . I don't use a gun or bow or noth'in . I've been real sucessful with my car . Does get a little expensive though .

    I'll take my 12 gauge, 3" mag Benneke Black Magic loads up against any hog. 600 grains of lead. Just over 1500 FPS out of the muzzle with 3014 foot pounds of energy.

    Get in touch with TGC outdoors in oxford. If the farmer is serious or has some buddies that will get you a .223 silencer and the nightvision scope with the green laser, you can put a dent in em. Shoot first from a ways back so ya dont spook em. Try to pick a few off then ease up closer and open up on them. Trapping is the most effective way, but shooting them is fun.
