We just dropped the price on ours to go ahead and sell it. We had it high just to see if we could get it. We couldn't so we dropped the price. We're only talking about a 125000 house and we only owe 63000 on it. We can sell it now for 110000 but want to get abit more. It'll sell in the next few weeks. We have money put up for 3 months of notes on it just for waiting. We're good to go there. Just ready to get moved

When a banker mentions "creative financing" it's best to gather together what you already have and get your azz out of his office.

Not creative. Just a simple bridge loan. They had to tie my existing house into it. Well be OK, just tired of waiting. Been a 3 month wait on the short sale. We're getting the house for bout $160,000 and it appraised at $188,500.

Hope it works out for you DD. My old house was 10 years old 1400sq. feet and I was the original owner. It was decked out with tile, crown molding and all the amenities. The yard was small be very well taken care of. It showed 75-90 times over the year and averaged 17 hits a week online. It was terrible living in a house but keeping it looking like you didn't. I had it a little high at first but quickly lowered the price due to lack of interest. It still took a year to sell!
