    IMHO,,, if u ever c me get a bridge loan, or buy a house before selling the current one, please make sure Whitfield will accept my long term disability.
    I remember well the day I bought another house that was soooooooo nice, without first selling and closing on the current house. I made dual payments for 2 years and used up all my savings and finally, finally, sole the house I moved out of for a loss of $45K. All my equity... so, u can c, I not only lost 2 years payments, but $45K as well. Thats a pile of $..
