i just got off the phone with the attorney generals office and said if optics planet accepted payment which they did then they are obligated to honor the item, if they hadnt taken my money then i wouldnt have a leg to stand on. so i called optics planet back and told them my dispute and they tried to tell me that my payment was never accepted, so i told (PETE) at optics planet that i just called my bank and that my money was taken out from optics planet and that he was lying! he then told me my money was going to be refunded sometime today!! he never had a excuse for the lie. the attorney generals office is sending me a dispute form to fill out asap! i incourage anyone else that had this happen to call the attorney generals office in illinois @312.814.3000
