This mess hit me all of a sudden. Feels like I rolled my ankle and stepped on a golf ball. Can't move my foot. Taken 4 ibuprofen and 3 aleve. Internet says to stay away from alcohol but I am thinking bout getting the bottle out. Got ice pack on it. This SOB. Is killing me just sitting still. Y'all got any home remedies?
