Rees guide, earlier I mentioned my 4'10" rods. Mine are completely different. They are cabelas rods about120 bucks each!! Don't make them any more. At that price I can see why. However when I waded the st. Francis river and caught 100-140 spotted bass a day they couldn't be beat. Best rod to handle the combo of shallow water wading and lots of low branches to get under. Big rods were harder to get where the bass lived. Asked Cotton Cordell why the rod builders didn't make them (he made a sweet 5'2" for a while) and he said" Son, it's a computer world. When the computer says it sells at whatever percentage and another at a higher level they quit the lower seller." Not that many folks wading. So I got 2 little rods and put shimano bantam reels on. Still got them but have gotten too old to wade. Knees won't allow it.
Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
The sheep live in fear of the wolf but in the end it's the shepherd that eats them.
