LOL, I got a Big Green Egg, less attending to it. Heck, I go to bed when cooking a briskett or Boston Butt. The Egg stays the same temp all night long without adding more Charcoal or wood chunks

We love fish but try to stay away from fried stuff. So I found 2 non stick griddles, rub a lil bit of olive oil on the fish and season,i use gas have the grill about350 put fish on griddle and put it on the grill for about 15 min. when done bring in griddle and sit it on hot pad, ready to eat. Tilapia or salmon fillets work great.

I grill crappie fillets a good bit...I use the non stick grilling tin foil....put a piece of the non stick foil on the grill...spray a little olive oil Pam on the fillets and sprinkle Tony Cacheres on them and grill....don't even have to turn them. They cook quick.....just cook until they flake with a fork.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

Love em like this. Little Cole slaw and a Lotta Cole beer, good to go.
