As much as it irks me to say this, look at Bama. They had some very lean years, but still added on to their stadium. Now they'll have almost as many people as us at every game and if its not a sell out, Saban buys the tickets for his kids charity. State & Ole Miss fans are to blame. When you're winning everything's good. What kid wants to come and play in front of 25,000?
I've saw Neyland Stadium the last few years while Tennessee has been down and you could shoot a shotgun in a lot of sections there and never come close to anyone. Even the mighty Vols have down years and people will not pay to watch a losing team as much.
Ole Miss just had a Top 10 recruiting class this last year, so there must be a few kids still want to come and play for us. Also, we are going to break our season tickets record this year and are about to expand th e north endzone to add more seats. We can hold 62,500 now and the expansion will put us near 72,000. Not too shabby for little Ole Miss.
