This WAS the best knife and blades made. I have gone through thousands of fish with this one and several sets of blades. Figured it was time for a new one just in case this one gives out.
Got a new knife and blades. This thing is a piece of junk! Gets hot on a cool day after a dozen fish. Blades gum up after 4 or 5 fish and have to be removed and cleaned. For the life of me I can't figure how it's good business to build something that is inferior and piss off you customers!

I can. You can get a sharpener on line though. Ill try n track down the one I have. It's some green handled x shaped sharpener. Someone posted a link on here n it works real good on serrated knifes

I had one of those blue ones for about 10 yrs and it was the best one I ever owned. Just like you said, cant find one like it anymore.

Only in america....something is working good and they try changing it!
I've got a old lectric knife I've used for everything short of cutting pvc and I sure would like to find a way to sharpen the blades I have! The knife is old as the hills but still runs good and the main thing that makes it get a little warm is the blades are dull.

I use a Dremel to sharpen mine, they sell a chainsaw sharpening kit for them at hardware stores with the bits and an angle alignment tool.
It's all over but the fryin'......
