Thread: Ethics/legal question for ya....

Seeing as how I've never had to worry with getting caught with too many crappie, my opinion could vary from those of you that catch a limit on most trips. If that faithful day comes that I catch my 30 (my lake's limit) and my buddy has been getting hung up all day and has only contributed 11 to the cooler I will not be putting my rod down. I know it's a little different than someone who's not fishing at all. Seems to me like 30 per person per day means two legal licensed fisherman can have 60. This is just my opinion, and only a response to the thread, not another poster.

the only thing i don't understand about this whole thread is, if one fisherman catches 40 and his buddy catches 20 has the fisherman caught 10 over his legal limit or don't worry buddy we got 60 and that is all that matters....

Ain't judging anybody by my standards. I don't care what any body does never said I did. Iam not going to explain myself to you ain't got the time nor the patience without saying something to you that would get me kicked off. Whenever I post something quit heckling me its getting really old every time I post something here you come. Your very predictable.

Isn't it pretty well understood that when fishing with a guide his limit counts too? Not sure if you were agreeing, disagreeing, or neutral to my post. Doesn't matter either way. I'm asking sincerely by the way. What are your 2 cents?
