    I agree...but the duty falls on the owner to learn it. I didn't know squat about trailering when I bought my boat...but I didn't remain ignorant...I got myself up to speed. That accident easily could have killed someone in the oncoming lane when he crossed it.

    The seal could have gone out on the hub after he greased the wheel. I have logged over 1.7 million miles behind the wheel of an 18 wheeler and have had things happen that some "know it all's" would call negligent or stupid....when in fact it was equipment and/or part failure.
